This is a community Kite festival hosted by SOAR Family Support Inc; a GA based 501(c)3 nonprofit focused on providing support for families of kids with Mental health challenges. This festival is being cohosted/supported by Anxiety Specialists of Atlanta and Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta (CHOA). Mark your calendars for April 27th, 2025 for a fun-filled day with activities and information for all age-groups. 

Our goals through this event are to - 

1. Raise awareness about kids mental health challenges
2. Create a community of parents supporting each other
3. Raise funds for SOAR Family Support and  CHOA foundation: 25% will be cost of festival and remaining 75% will be split as funds for CHOA and SOAR

The festival is on Saturday, April 27th, 2025, at Chattahoochee Pointe Park (5790 Chattahoochee Pointe Drive Suwanee, GA 30024). The participation will be limited to 150 to 200 parents and kids (75plus families). The event sponsors will hand out about 25 kites handed and showcase another 25 plus homemade kites with creative artwork. There will be fun-filled activities for kids of all age groups such as face painting, henna tattoos, kite decoration among other things. Food vendors will be selling food for purchase. 

By making a pledge to support this critical cause of mental health awareness, please help us in providing much needed care and support to low income families and under-privileged children who are in desperate need of care. Pledging a small amount of $25, $50, $100 or any feasible help will further this initiative.
